1. Shipping Policy
We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days within major cities, and up to 5 working days for remote areas.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free shipping is available for orders above the minimum amount stated on our website.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
3. Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care, hygiene, and health products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
