Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped to you, you will receive free outlet product credit. Once we receive the returned product, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to their address for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, which will be considered a return.
